Report content

If a website made with edeck.me publishes something illegal or that breaks our publishing rules, let us know with this form. A person from the edeck.me team reviews it.

  • What we need: the exact address (URL) of the content, which rule or right it breaks and why, your name and email, and your statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith. Reports of child sexual abuse can be anonymous.
  • What happens next: we send you an acknowledgement, a person reviews the report diligently and objectively, and we write to you with the decision we take and the reasons for it. If we suspend the website or block its owner's account, we tell them why. If we see signs of a criminal offence threatening someone's life or safety, we promptly inform the police, as Article 18 of the Digital Services Act requires.
  • Your data: the controller is ETPRO Group (edeck.me), abuse@edeck.me. We use your name, email and what you tell us to handle the report and tell you our decision, as the Digital Services Act requires (Article 16; legal basis: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation), and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address to stop abusive submissions (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)), deleted after 90 days. We keep the report and the decision for 3 years after it is resolved; after that we remove your name, email and explanation. We do not give your data to the website owner unless it is strictly necessary (for example, if you report as the holder of an intellectual property right) or required by law, nor to anyone else except the authorities when the law requires it. You can access, rectify or erase your data, object or ask us to restrict its use by writing to us, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). More in the privacy policy.
  • If there is an immediate danger to someone's life or safety, also call 112 or the police.

You can also write to us at abuse@edeck.me, in Spanish or English: it is edeck.me's single point of contact for users and authorities (Digital Services Act, Articles 11 and 12).

If there are several, put the others in the explanation.
Reports of child sexual abuse (N1) can be anonymous: you can leave your name and email blank, but then we cannot tell you what we decide.
