A banner is a large image with a title, a subtitle and, optionally, a button. Several banners make a carousel that rotates on its own.

Creating a banner

1. Click New and upload the main image. Use a landscape, high-resolution image.
2. Write the title and subtitle in each language.
3. To add a button, fill in the button text and the button link.
4. Duration: how long it stays on screen before moving to the next one.
5. Sections: which pages it is shown on.
6. Priority: the order inside the carousel.
7. Leave Published set to “Yes” and save.

To show it on the front page

Create a section of type Banner in Sections and place it on the Front page. That section shows the published banners.

A banner with Published set to “No” is saved but not shown anywhere: handy for preparing campaigns in advance.
